Description of Retreat:

Join Emmy and Mandy, in person or online video, for two days of immersing yourself in yoga and meditation to develop and deepen your own self-care practices and skills that you can use with clients for mind, body, and soul health, wellness and prevention. This educational retreat is available to all health care practitioners.

  • Immerse yourself in yoga and meditation.
  • Develop holistic skills to help you and your clients in any setting.
  • Deepen your self-care practice for mind, body, and soul health, wellness and prevention. 
  • This educational retreat is available to all health care practitioners.
  • It is recommended that you have 6 months to a year of your own yoga practice.

Continuing Education: 12 Hours

This course meets the NBCOT requirement as a Professional Development Activity PDU ID #11. A certificate of completion for 12 hours of continuing education will be given to you, upon successful completion of attendance and course evaluations, that can be submitted to your board for license renewal.
