What Will You Create this Year?
What will you create this year related to Holistic OT––integrative health, wellness, and prevention? What have you already created?
We continue to ever-evolve as health practitioners and for ourselves personally. In that process, we can offer to our clients what we have deeply learned about and integrated into our soul.
This is the beauty of holistic approaches in health care. They simultaneously address the mind, body, and spirt that are inseparable.
- What are you or have you learned about integrative health?
- Do you have a meditation practice?
- Are the eight limbs of yoga supporting you?
- Are you cultivating your energy and spirit?
- Does a balanced diet keep you running well?
- Does breath work or aromatherapy balance you?
- Do you have or are you developing a spiritual practice?
What have you already cultivated through self-study, sustained and regular practice, and professional development?
What would you like to learn or develop this year?
What do you want to teach––in a class, to your clients, in a journal article, video, book, or blog?
I have found listening to my intuition to be surprisingly and unceasingly helpful with guiding me, personally and professionally. This is synonymous with our inner wisdom, soul, higher self, God, or higher power––whatever your belief is around this.
Then, you can bring what you have learned in your heart, mind, and body to your clients and watch them shine!
Please join me on Tuesday, January 14 for the first Holistic OT Group Coaching. You are welcome to join us online and set intentions for yourself, if you haven’t already, and receive support from a like-minded community.
If you would like individual support you can schedule an individual coaching session with me.
Stay tuned for more new classes from the Holistic OT Community this year to expand your Holistic OT practice.
Wishing you all goodness,
Emmy Vadnais, OTR/L
