Biography
I have been working as an OT for 20 years after graduating from The University of South Australia. For 15 years I have worked in hand therapy. I am an Accredited Hand Therapist (as per AHTA). I am a member of the International Association for the study of Pain and have a special interest in treating CRPS. I am certified to teach beginners yoga in the Ashtanga tradition. I use a lot of vagal nerve toning to address autonomic nervous system imbalance in my practice and I am current studying to be certified in TRE (Tension and trauma release exercises).
