Alison Koblin
Biography
I am an Occupational Therapist with more than 30 years experience. I completed my training in England, where I was born and raised. As an OT working in mental health I completed my masters in Counseling from the College of NJ. Currently working as a school-based practitioner I have a passion for the social-emotional wellbeing and mental health of my students and their families. In 2012 I completed my YT 200 yoga teacher training and I enjoy both a personal daily practice and use yoga asana, meditation and breathwork with my students. I have trained as a level 2 Reiki practitioner and have taken numerous classes in mindfulness, emotional freedom technique and reflexology. I believe that true healing considers the whole person, physically, psychologically, socially and spiritually for the management and prevention of disease.
